Nosotros, Independent Venezuelan American Citizens (IVAC), ciudadanos Venezolano Americanos queremos denunciar formalmente:
1. - Que a partir de hoy existe en Venezuela una grave violación de la Constitución orquestada por el régimen narco comunista cubano para tomar el poder político y económico de Venezuela.
2.- El Presidente Venezolano Hugo Chávez ha sido tomado como rehén en Cuba. Fue para un tratamiento de cáncer y terminó secuestrado por el Gobierno cubano con la intención de utilizar la situación para sus propios fines políticos y económicos.
3. - Todos los líderes prominentes comunistas venezolanos (PSUV) han sido convocados a la Habana, Cuba para ser instruidos de cómo violar la Constitución venezolana y asegurar una continuidad ilegal de Hugo Chávez y el PSUV, al retrasar groseramente el día de la Juramentación. Ampliando así el anterior mandato presidencial de Hugo Chávez, evita así el mandato de la Constitución de que se imponga una declaración de ausencia el 10 de Enero, para que su mandato pueda terminar y llevar a nuevas elecciones generales, cuando el Presidente electo está en una condición de mala salud que le impide juramentarse en su cargo.
4. – No es ningún secreto que el régimen cubano recibe 100.000 barriles de Petróleo al día desde Venezuela y que tienen un sin número de otros contratos con el Gobierno venezolano que agrega otros 5 millardos de US$ a la economía cubana; y esto es una obvia razón fuerte, para que el régimen cubano quiera inmiscuirse en Venezuela y su política, para tratar de mantener esta fuente de ingresos a cualquier medida y asegurar su estabilidad económica y política, no sólo para ellos, sino también para sus pares en la región.
5. - Esto ha llevado a que el Congreso Venezolano dominado por el PSUV declare ilegalmente la extensión de la ausencia de Hugo Chávez y la Corte Suprema en forma írrita declare que esto es sólo una "continuidad administrativa y que no sea necesaria la juramentación", obviamente ambos actos son ilegales y ambos se han consumado siguiendo las instrucciones de la Habana, aunque rompa el hilo constitucional de la República de Venezuela.
Por lo tanto, alentamos a nuestro Gobierno a unirse a nosotros para denunciar internacionalmente este atroz intento de destruir aún más la democracia en Venezuela y de toda la región.
También exhortamos a los compatriotas venezolanos a que apliquen el artículo 350 de la Constitución venezolana y que no reconozcan a este nuevo gobierno inconstitucional.
We, the Independent Venezuelan American Citizens formally denounce:
1. - That a serious violation of the Venezuelan constitution is on its way orchestrated by the Cuban leftist regime to influence a political and economic takeover on Venezuela.
2. - We believe that Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is being held hostage in Cuba. He went for a cancer treatment and ended up kidnapped by the Cuban government with purpose to use the situation for their own political purposes.
3. - All Venezuelan communist prominent leaders (PSUV) has been summoned to Havana, Cuba to be instructed how to violate the Venezuelan constitution and secure an illegal continuity of Hugo Chavez and the PSUV, by grossly delaying the inauguration day. Thus extending the previous presidential term by Hugo Chavez, preventing the spirit of the constitution that a declaration of absence be imposed, so that his mandate may end and lead to new general elections if the elected president is in a poor health condition that prevents him to be sworn.
4. - It is no secret that the Cuban regime receives 100,000 oil barrels a day from Venezuela and that they have countless of other contracts with the Venezuelan government that add another US$ 5 billion to the Cuban economy; and this is an obvious strong reason for the Cuban regime to meddle in and try to keep this source of income, going to any extent to influence the political environment in Venezuela and secure their own economic and political stability, not only for themselves but for their peers in the region.
5. - This has led the Venezuelan Congress to declare the extension of the leave of absence to Hugo Chavez and the Supreme Court to declare that this is only and “administrative continuity and no swearing in in is necessary” , obviously both acts are illegal and both have been consummated following Havana instructions.
Therefore, we encourage our government to join us in denouncing internationally this heinous attempt to further destroy the democracy in Venezuela and of the entire region.
We also encourage Venezuelan nationals to apply Article 350 of the Venezuelan Constitution and do not recognize this new rogue and unconstitutional government.
